This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the Founder Life Architect, our website at https://thefounderlife.com, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Founder Life Architect is an AI-powered experience designed to help founders reflect on their goals, business, clients, positioning, and personal vision and create a personalized Founder Life Foundation.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Audio recordings are transmitted securely, held only in volatile memory during real-time transcription, and immediately discarded once the text transcript is generated. We do not retain, store, log, or use your audio recordings for any purpose, including AI training. Only the resulting text you choose to submit is stored with your account.

3. Artificial Intelligence

The Founder Life Architect uses artificial intelligence to provide conversational responses, synthesize information you provide, perform certain research or analysis, and generate personalized outputs.

To provide these features, information from your conversation may be transmitted to the AI model or AI service provider configured for the Services.

AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information. The Founder Life Architect is intended to support reflection and business planning and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

The Services are not designed to use automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, such as determining employment, credit, housing, insurance, or eligibility for government benefits.

Our AI capabilities are powered by enterprise AI services (including Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway). Conversation inputs and audio dictations transmitted through these APIs are processed strictly to deliver the service and are not used to train public machine learning models.

Your Foundation may contain information you provided throughout the experience, including personal narratives, business information, financial goals, client information, and other details.

Once you download, copy, upload, or otherwise provide your Foundation or AI Foundation Prompt to another service, that service's privacy policy and data practices apply. The Founder Life does not control how an external service processes information you independently provide to it.

We encourage you to review the privacy settings and data-use policies of any external AI platform before uploading your Foundation.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account and progress, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

If you request deletion of your account or personal information, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law. Certain information may remain in backups or may be retained where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting purposes.
